. Lower mounting rotary damper, easier on the rider and morGeneral Benefits of our Steering Dampers:
. Reduces arm pumping and rider fatigue
. Removes vibration over choppy terrain
. Increases control over obstacles
. Helps reduce lap times
. Easy to install
. Allows to ride longer before exhaustion
. Helps the quad to hold its line through the rough stuff e responsive at the wheels
  1. 1. LOW-SPEED (low velocity damping level, red knob)
  2. - 38 detented clicks
  3. - Can be adjusted from no damping to full damping
  4. - Adjusts the resistance level when turning the handlebars at low speed
  5. - Reduces the effort required from the rider to hold its line when turning and cornering
  6. 2. HIGH-SPEED (high velocity damping level, dark grey knob)
  7. - 9 detented clicks
  8. - Can be adjusted from no damping to full damping
  9. - Adjusts the resistance to high-speed impacts such as roots and rocks
  10. - Prevents impacts from ripping the handlebars from the rider’s hands
  11. - Reduces vibration at high speeds and prevents rider fatigue
  12. 3. RETURN (return to center damping, screw in front of the unit’s cover)
  13. - 4.5 turns of adjustment, no clicks, adjustable with a flat screwdriver
  14. - Can be adjusted from free returning to full damping resistance on return to center
  15. - Helps the quad to hold its line at high speeds (free returning)
  16. - Helps the quad to hold its line when cornering (full damping on return to center)
  17. 4. SWEEP (angle between straight and cornering, 2 screws, one on each side)
  18. - 4-position adjustment, adjustable with a flat screwdriver
  19. - Adjusts the angle where the handlebars gets into the "cornering" stage of damping
  20. - Can be adjusted independently on each side (great for oval tracks)
  21. - Allows the rider to fine-tune for his own cornering style
  22. - Position 1 (dots at the bottom): no damping difference between cornering and straight
  23. - Position 2 (dots at the front): narrow cornering angle, wide angle for going straight
  24. - Position 3 (dots at the top): regular angles, for most riding types
  25. - Position 4 (dots at the rear): wide cornering angle, narrow angle for going straight
  26. 5. CORNERING (damping level of outside range for cornering, 2 screws on top of the unit)
  27. - 3 turns of adjustment, no clicks, adjustable with a flat screwdriver
  28. - Adjusts the level of damping of the "cornering" stage
  29. - Can be adjusted from no damping to full damping level (set with the high- and lowspeed
  30. adjustments)
  31. - Allows the rider to reduce the resistance when cornering on tracks with tight corners to
  32. make it easier (requiring less effort from the rider)
  33. - Allows the rider to have full damping on tracks with wide and rough corners (to better
  34. hold its line)
  35. - Damping level of the "cornering" stage will never exceed the damping of the "center"
  36. stage (when going straight)
